CHILDREN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR/PASTOR
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Children’s Ministry Director/Pastor at Crossroads Baptist Church will provide direction and supervision to all of the church’s ministries (except the school) related to boys and girls from birth through 5th grade. The Director/Pastor will also provide direction and supervision to other ministries, programs, events, and activities related to the reaching of children outside of our church and the building of strong families in our church and community.

CHURCH PIANIST/KEYS PLAYER
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Church Pianist/Keys Player at Crossroads Baptist Church provides support to the Worship Pastor and Associate Worship Pastor. He/She provides support through a weekly responsibility of preparing for Sunday morning worship experiences and Sunday night rehearsals for the choir and instrumental rehearsals. He/She works to ensure that the Worship Pastor achieves his goal of building a spiritually strong worship ministry. He/She helps foster a pursuit of excellence in the worship ministry.

Crossroads Baptist School
PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Physical Education Teacher engages students in physical activity during their school day.
Physical education teachers should be well grounded in classroom management and school procedures. In addition to helping students exercise, they may teach physiology, nutrition, or another related content area.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM DIRECTOR (ASP DIRECTOR)

The ASP Director will provide direction and supervision to all ASP staff. The after school program director reports to the Assistant Principal.
