Assistant Director of Facilities & Food Service
Position Description
The Assistant Director of Facilities & Food Services at Crossroads Baptist Church provides leadership of its facilities and food services programs. He/She supports the Director of Facilities & Food Services and other church ministry leaders while leading Crossroads’ facilities efforts at the director level. He/She provides that support with strategic insight in facilities maintenance and repair, event planning, and vendor management. He/She is responsible for leading a team of housekeeping and facilities team members to ensure that the facilities are prepared for ministry activities. He/She works to ensure that the missions, programs, and events of the church are supported with excellence. He/She helps foster a professional work environment and strengthens overall church ministries.

Position Description
A Facilities Team Member at Crossroads Baptist Church provides support to its facilities team. He/She supports the Director of Facilities & Food Services and other church ministry leaders by cleaning, setting up for ministry events, and doing light repairs across the Crossroads campus. He/She works to ensure that the missions, programs, and events of the church are supported with excellence. He/She helps foster a professional work environment and strengthens overall church ministries. Openings include swing shift and weekend days.
