Crossroads Baptist School: Assistant Principal (6th - 8th Grade)
The role of Assistant Principal (Middle School) (AP-M) may vary from day-to-day, but the responsibilities will remain consistent. The AP-M will provide leadership and direction to the middle grades (6th - 8th) school faculty, staff, and student body that stimulates enthusiasm, spiritual and academic development, and motivation for an excellent educational program and school atmosphere. The AP-M also upholds the truth of God’s word, encourages sensitivity to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and bears the “fruit of the Spirit” in the lives of the faculty, staff, students, and school families.
Working with the oversight of the Principal, the AP-M will proactively provide vision and leadership to the middle school that supports the school’s mission, anticipates its changing needs, and proactively positions Crossroads Baptist School as an educational and spiritual leader.
The AP-M will seek out networking and public relations opportunities to present the school in a positive light with the intentional purpose of growing student enrollment.
