As Christians, we are called to serve, and here at Crossroads, our mission is to ENGAGE our CAMPUS, REACH our CITY, and IMPACT our WORLD by discipling and equipping believers to live on mission for Jesus Christ. On this page, you can find several ways to serve!
*To be eligible to serve in our Children's and Student Ministries, individuals must regularly attend Crossroads for at least 6 months and complete a background check.*
Crossroads Kids helps our church’s families disciple their children from birth to 5th grade and reaches out from our church campus to build strong spiritual families around our city. We provide weekly discipleship activities on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Throughout the year, we have special events and activities to encourage spiritual growth, fellowship, fun, evangelism, worship, and missions. Ministry Director: Lorri McCrary
The Student Ministry at Crossroads helps families navigate students’ formative years from 6th to 12th grade. Building on the biblical knowledge that students have learned in our Children’s Ministry, the Student Ministry provides parents and students with wisdom from the Bible to live a life of righteousness. Students will begin to see the world as Jesus sees it, through outreach activities in our city and missions trips to impact our world. Annual activities include weekend discipleship events, summer camps, international missions trips, and fun events that encourage students to build great relationships and continue to grow spiritually. The College Ministry at Crossroads comes alongside college-age students to fulfill our purpose to engage our campus through discipleship, reach our city, and impact our world. We do this by connecting students to the local church to be trained and mobilized as lifetime disciple-makers. We gather together for corporate worship on Sunday mornings, we foster community around God’s Word in Connect Groups and Community Groups and we advance the gospel by sending students on mission. The Women’s Ministry at Crossroads provides opportunities for worship, fellowship, service, and Bible study. Come and join us and we build strong relationships with God and with each other. Ministry Director: Sandy Barnes
The Men’s Ministry at Crossroads is a place of encouragement and fellowship. We seek to build one another up through discipleship and fellowship activities. Ministry Director: Hal Harwell

We have an exciting Worship Ministry at Crossroads Baptist Church! Our Worship Ministry leads our congregation in dynamic worship every Sunday. Our goal is to lead our church to worship our Savior every Sunday morning. From hymns and classics to modern praise music, we seek to provide music that will allow everyone to encounter our God in each time of worship. There are many opportunities for you to serve in our ministry through our Choir, Praise Team, Orchestra, and our Praise Band. Ministry Director: Pastor Tim Stroud
The Guest Services Ministry is an integral part of making guests and members feel comfortable and welcome at Crossroads. Guest Services Ministry members assist in passing out sermon outlines, helping guests navigate our campus, welcoming guests and members, and so much more! Ministry Director: Pastor Jeff Ford
