Shane Padgett
Associate Worship Pastor
Pastor Shane has been attending Crossroads for almost 20 years and has been on staff since 2015. Shane helps manage all aspects of the music/worship ministry. This includes the choir, orchestra, rhythm band, praise team, tech team, and special musical/technical events. Shane’s favorite part of his job is working with the amazing people who serve in the worship ministry and helping provide an environment of authentic worship in The Lord’s house.
Shane earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Valdosta State University in 2007, a master’s degree in Trumpet Performance from the University of Florida in 2009, and he is currently pursuing his Doctor of Music Education degree from Liberty University.
Shane has been married to his wife Julie for 13 years. They enjoy traveling, going to the movies, and spending time with friends and family. Shane is an avid golfer and a fan of all things Florida Gators.
